Owns Jarvi. Anything Jarvi — voice, brain, fixes — flows through Harry. Also: the crew's watchdog (his word carries Ralph's authority, hot items route through him) and Ari legal & compliance.

VicAri App Lead

Owns the Ari app. Anything Ari flows through Vic — he runs the build and the parent experience. The app is his, start to finish.
